The current situation has affected the Dirndl.com Team and in response to this, we are endeavouring to run our day-to-day business as smoothly as possible - on the one hand to continue to provide you with beautiful Dirndl, Accessories and trendy Trachten Fashion, and on the other hand to keep our company and the jobs of our employees running in the long term.
Of course, there have been changes in our work processes:
- Our Warehouse employees are now working under reinforced hygiene measures..
- New goods and Returns are left as received for a week before processing - we therefore ask for a little more patience as we process the returns. This can take up to 14 days.
- Our employees in customer service and marketing, editing and accounting are working from home. Our customer service can be reached by phone or ticket without any restriction!
Due to a high order demand UPS & DHL are experiencing delays with deliveries. Please allow additional days for your order to be delivered - just to be safe.
