For each Dirndl we have a size chart. You can get detailed information about the sizes on the "Size Chart" tab under the article picture. For example, you can find information about waist and chest and can therefore determine the best size for you. Feel free to contact our customer service for any question regarding sizes.

1.2 Will sold out items be delivered again?

Our logistics center receives extensive deliveries with new products every day, so that the article availability can change every hour. Just visit our online shop regularly.

1.3 Why are some products available immediately and others are not?

The goods availability changes by incoming orders and goods deliveries almost in the minute stroke, so that not all articles are "immediately available" and depending on the supplier the delivery time of 1-2 business days can deviate. You can of course rely on the information on our website and in your shopping cart.

1.4 Why are the delivery times different depending on article size, article color, article style?

2.1 How do I order from Dirndl.com?

You can conveniently and securely place your order directly in our online shop. If you are not familiar with online shopping, please read the following step-by-step instructions.

Of course, you can also order by e-mail, by fax at 04131/927 992 0 or by telephone from our helpful customer service department at 04131/927 964 8.

First find the desired articles in our online shop and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the button "ADD TO SHOPPING CART". Afterwards you have the possibility to continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" or by clicking on the button "View shopping cart" to change quantities and add or delete items.

After you have clicked the button "CHECKOUT" in the shopping cart, your customer data and address data will be requested. The entire order process is carried out under secure SSL encryption.

Option 1 - Order for existing customers
If you are already a customer of Dirndl.com, you only need your e-mail address and password. If this data is no longer available, you can use the "Forgot Password" function.

Option 2 - Order for new customers
After clicking on the button "CHECKOUT", you can deselect the "Don't create customer account" option when querying your invoice address. If you deselect this option, you must assign a password. This password and your e-mail address will automatically open a new customer account at Dirndl.com and you will be able to log in to new orders and save your address data in the future, while benefiting from the possibility to manage your address data (several billing addresses and delivery addresses) Processing your orders, discount promotions, and more.

Option 3 - Order for new customers without customer account
Similar to Option 2, you can also make an order without registering a customer account by simply not deselecting the default option "Don't create customer account".

After you have entered your data or the invoice address and, if necessary, a different delivery address, the order process is continued by clicking on the "CONTINUE" button. If you do not want to continue, please refer to the error messages and notes. Maybe your details are not complete, or similar. If problems occur, please contact our customer service.

In the next step (after clicking the button "CONTINUE") you can now select the desired payment method and shipping method. Only the available payment methods and shipping methods are displayed. These are dependent on your delivery address (destination country). For example, an express delivery to germany is only available with the payment methods like Paypal and credit card.

After a new click on "CONTINUE" you will find a summary / overview of your order or the selected article, the invoice address, the delivery address as well as the method of payment and the selected shipping method. You can make changes here again.

As soon as all data and articles are correct, you can complete your order by simply clicking on "SEND ORDER" and receive your order in the next 1-2 business days. Once the order has been completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

2.5 How can I use a voucher?

If we deliver to consumers outside of Germany, shipping costs will not be refunded in case of cancellation. This also applies to the return costs.
