The dirndl is too small, the leather pants too big or you just don't like the items you ordered?

Don't worry - unused and undamaged goods that you don't like or don't fit can be returned within 14 days.

Important! The return needs to be sent to Germany, so please contact our customer service in advance.

Please contact us at Submit a ticket and let us know directly which items you would like to return.

We will provide you with all necessary information and documents and inform you about all return and customs costs.

• the return must be in the original condition
• Returns of used or worn goods are not accepted
• hygiene items are excluded from return after opening
